Job Summary

ECN Automation is hiring an Account Manager for control automation systems in the Tucson area, focused on the Mining Industry. This role involves developing and managing sales strategies for new and existing clients.

The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, and a proven leader with the ability to drive sales at strategic and tactical levels. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, designing tailored automation systems, preparing proposals, and driving sales growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for client satisfaction and project success.

Ideal candidates will have a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a successful track record in technical sales.

Responsibilities

Conduct sales calls with customers to promote ECN Automation offerings

Develop strategic relationships and partnerships

Perform customer facility walk-through sessions to identify opportunities and capture installed base information. Lead the development and implementation of sales account plans to ensure growth

Recognize & develop all opportunities to creatively meet customer needs and provide solutions.

Ensure all financial matrix and performance exceed corporate goals

Work with multiple sales account managers, business partners, business drivers, and third-party companies to structure a successful solution for our clients.

Establish, build, and maintain long-term customer relationships

Develop, execute, and drive established strategies for opportunity-specific sales pursuits

Manage sales activities and close sales opportunities into ECN Automation orders.

Support management with key data and insights on markets, opportunity tracking, and effective selling tactics. Maintain an accurate sales forecast within current forecasting tools.

Support the proposal development process by communicating strategies and key customer issues.

As well as being responsive to the proposal team and when needed by directly involving in proposal process.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Operations & Maintenance practices in mining industry equipment and process

Ability to technically understand customer needs and develop instrumentation and automation solutions.

Familiarity with multiple Rockwell Automation products and solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
